Law Degree, Bolivian Catholic University San Pablo, Bolivia (2002). Master in Economic Law, Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, La Paz, Bolivia (2003-2004). Member of the Bar Association of La Paz and the National Bar Association of Bolivia. Professor at La Salle University (2007-2012). Legal counsel to public and private companies in Bolivia for more than seventeen years, in strategic sectors of the economy such as Transportation, Construction and Energy. He is currently in charge of the Legal, Contentious and Corporate Area of Cervieri Monsuárez. He is a member of IBA (International Bar Association), AIPF (Association of Intellectual Property Firms), INTA, member of the Parallel Imports Committee of INTA 2018-2020 and of the Legal Affairs Committee of AMCHAM Bolivia.
