SCORE GREEN PROJECT
Cervieri & Monsuárez is a law firm specialized in Intellectual Property, the idea of creating a project to reduce the environmental impact generated from the destruction of products that are in trademark infringement arose. As a private company, we have worked to achieve strategic alliances with clients, private companies, and public institutions to encourage and promote the reuse of destroyed material in products for social and educational use. With this practice, we plan to manufacture and donate basketball backboards to at least one school per district in Uruguay. We are working with 16 brands (so far) and using the equivalent of 10 containers of counterfeit.
Our goal is to expand the practice to all Latin America and, in addition, to take it to other public spaces, beside the schools.
